During the Covid pandemic, I spent a lot of time working in myself and really connecting with my true mission in life. With all of the peripheral noise minimized, I was able to see myself more clearly than ever before.

I started writing poetry during the pandemic. I dabbled a bit here and there over the years, but this became my self-therapy and a way of lifting myself up.

Through this journey of learning to express myself through writing and not being afraid to put myself and my truth out there, I discovered just how impactful my words could be on others. My words motivated people and inspired them to be more positive. I learned that there are many ways you can help others to heal and if my creative outlet helps to boost others, I am all for it!
